I was excited to receive these four Immaculate Baking Company products in the mail to try out and share my opinion on:
These are right up my alley! If you’re not familiar with Immaculate Baking, they are boxed mixes (cake, cookies, brownies), dough, biscuits, rolls and more that are made with simple, quality ingredients and they taste amazing! (Note: Though I received these products for free, the opinions in this post are all my own!)
Here are some of the things I like about them. The ingredients:
And what they don’t contain:
We immediately tried out the brownie mix. It was simple to make and only required melted butter and 2 eggs. I modified it slightly to reduce the fat and calories- instead of one stick of melted butter I used half butter and half applesauce. I also removed the yolks from both eggs since I use jumbo size eggs rather than large. The changes made no difference in taste. These were so rich and chocolatey! They are really good. Check out how moist (oh, and they are loaded with mini chocolate chips!):
Though I mostly bake from scratch, these are great box mixes to have on hand. They aren’t cheap but right now you can find a good deal at Target. This week, Immaculate Baking Company box mixes such as cookies are on sale for $4.50 a box. Like Immaculate Baking on Facebook to print a coupon for $1 off one product (print two!) and pick up a box or two for $3.50 each.
These products are also sold at ShopRite (they carry a few products including the ready to bake cookie dough!), The Fresh Market and Big Y. Check out all their products HERE and enjoy- we did!
